2. Privacy policy

Corpoderm collects personal information only to answer your requests and to keep in touch with professionals who have asked us to. We do not sell personal information.

What we collect. When you fill in a form on this site (contact, catalog request, device enquiry), we collect what you type: name, business name, state, phone number, email address and your message or device of interest. If you take part in a promotional offer, we also keep the answers you give on the offer form (such as your aesthetic school or referrer, professional status, purchase timing and device of interest) and the promo code you used. Our systems also record technical data about your visit (IP address, browser, pages viewed, time of visit); see the Cookies section.

Why we use it. To answer your request and send you what you asked for (catalog, prices, quotes, information); to arrange demos, visits, financing and installation; to manage a promotional offer you have claimed and follow up on it; and to send you news and offers about our devices by email, which you can stop at any time. We also use visit data to understand how the site is used and to improve it.

Who receives it. Your information is stored in our customer database (HubSpot) and is processed on our behalf by the service providers we use to run the business: HubSpot (CRM, forms and email), Google (website analytics and business email), Meta (advertising measurement), Hostinger (website hosting) and Stripe (card payments when you buy a device; Corpoderm never sees or stores your full card number). Each provider processes data under its own terms and security commitments. We may also share information when the law requires it or to protect our rights. We do not sell personal information and do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Email. Commercial emails from Corpoderm always show our postal address and contain an unsubscribe link. Opt-outs are processed within 10 business days, as required by the CAN-SPAM Act. Service emails about an order or a request you made are not affected by a marketing opt-out.

Text messages. We do not currently send marketing text messages. If we start, we will ask for your separate consent first.

How long we keep it. We keep your information for as long as we work with you and for up to three years after our last exchange, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Information tied to an order is kept as long as accounting and warranty rules require.

Your choices. You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or withdraw a consent you gave, by writing to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or to the postal address above. We answer within 45 days. Deleting your information may prevent us from fulfilling an open request. If you have a complaint we were not able to resolve, you may contact the Texas Attorney General's consumer protection division.

Minors. This site and our offers are intended for professionals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if you believe we have, tell us and we will delete it.
